	We receive the soiled linen in special containers from our customers. Through the use of an automated rail system, soiled linen is loaded into pre-scheduled storage positions. Through a computerized tracking system, all soiled linen is indentified by item and customer from the time it is loaded into the slings until it arrives at its destination in the "finishing" area.
	The Continuous Batch Washer has several individual washing compartments. Each compartment accomplishes a specific step in the washing/cleaning process by passing through each department. The computer controls all washing functions such as water level, water temperature and chemical injection.
	Through the use of the computerized tracking system, all linen leaving the Continuous Batch Washer is tracked and passed through the extractors, the dryers, and then, through the use of robotics, delivered to the designated area in our specialized "finishing room." In this room, the linen is already pre-sorted by item, and then sent through automated feeding and folding equipment. As the linen is packaged, it is placed back into sanitized "special" delivery containers for return to our customers.
	Our state-of-the-art processing plants re-use water and minimizes energy consumption. So not only are Your Linen Service' plants environmentally friendly, we are much gentler on your linen. This reduces your textile costs while maintaining a consistent quality.
